RMA/Return Policy

Do I have to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending the package back to RcToyz.com?
Yes, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before you send anything back to RcToyz.com. Return or exchange must be reported within 7 days after you receive the order. We reserve the right to refuse any package without a RMA number on it. 50% restocking fee will be applied to return without the authorized RMA number issued by us.

How do I obtain a RMA number?
To obtain a RMA number, you may send us email at support@rctoyz.com .

After obtaining the RMA number, what steps i need to follow to return my order?
Make sure your original invoice is dated within the last 30 days. Return must be postmarked before the 30 days of receipt to be valid. No returns or exhanges after 30 days of receipt will be honored. 30% restocking fee will be applied for returns after 30 days of receipt.
Pack items being returned complete, with all manuals, cable, accessories, and etc. to be sure they are in new condition. Items must be packaged appropriately so as not to incur physical damage during return shipping. DO NOT return fuel. The Department of Transportation prohibits returning opened fuel.
Include a copy of the original invoice.
Include a note in the return package, please write your name, address, email, phone number, and the reason of return for return or exchange.
Write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Send the item(s) back via Ground Shipping service to: RcToyz.com, 5313 Degas Ave, Temple City, CA 91780. You will be reponsible for the return shipping fees incurred to send the item(s) back to us.


How does the return or exchange process work?
Once we receive your return, it normally takes us up to 7 business days to do the return inspection and process your refund or exchange. Returns of product, other than exchange or replacement, are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If the product is tested and found to be in working order, we will send the item back to you. If the product has been assembled, used, altered, crashed, or does not contain all of its original packaging,30% restocking fee will be minused from the refund
. If the product is a fuel-powered rc vehicle, and fuel has been placed in the vehicle, 50% restocking fee will be minused from the refund. Original shipping charge and/or return shipping cost are Non-Refundable. Should a replacement for a returned item not be available, a credit will be issued or the product will be substituted with one of same-or-bettery specifications. For that situation, we will contact you via email or phone to make sure you are informed of this and happy with it.

Can I exchange my RMA item for a different item?
No. We do not exchange RMA items for different items. We replace an item only with the exact same item type. Should a replacement for a returned item not be available, a credit will be issued or the product will be substituted with one of same-or-bettery specifications.

Do i pay for shipping the item back to RcToyz.com?
Yes, you will be reponsible for the return shipping fees incurred to send the item(s) back to us. RcToyz.com is not responsible for manufacturer defects. We are not manufacturers. Since we are not the manufacturer we split the shipping cost with the customer. The customer pays for shipping to RcToyz.com and RcToyz.com pays for the shipping back to you. Similar to a walk-in store, Wal-Mart will not send a driver or courier to your house to pick up a defective item you bought in their store. They will not reimburse you for your time and gas money spent to drive back to the store either. However, RcToyz.com will use every good measure we have to ensure that you will be able to get the item replaced promptly with as little hassle as possible.

How does a refund get applied?
The refund is always issued back to the credit card used on that order. We do not have store credit. In the case of the initial order being paid by check or money order, we will issue a check for the refund amount.

How long does it take before I see my credit?
Return inspection and credit issuing process normally takes up to 7 business days. You may expect the credit to appear on your statement in around 7-10 days.

How long does it take for me to get the exchange?
Return inspection and exchange processing normally takes up to 7 business days. You may expect the exchange arrived in around 14 days.

RcToyz.com will not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of any product(s) that it sells. RcToyz.com reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
