support staff are experienced modelers in a particular field of the hobby. They
are paid to provide advice guidance and support and not to sell models.
Its the nature of the internet that their will always be somebody somewhere
selling a similar product cheaper. But think of the backup the support the
advice that you may need, Can this company provide 24 hr e-mail support? Will
they be able to supply replacement parts? If you decide it’s unsuitable when you
receive it can you return it? If its faulty can you receive a replacement part
or model quickly? We've built this business to provide modelers of all
disciplines and all skill levels the right product at a fair price with the
correct level of backup.

Return Policy
All items carry a 30 day warranty unless otherwise noted. No returns after 30
days of receipt will be honored. Returns of product, other than for exchange or
replacement, are subject to a 15% return fee. Shipping fees and/or return
shipping costs are Non-Refundable. Should a replacement for a returned item not
be available, a credit will be issued or the product will be substituted with
one of same-or-better specifications. Credit will be issued after our warehouse
receives, inspects, and processes your return; however, your credit card company
determines when the issued credit will be reflected in your statement. Please
allow one to two billing cycles.
All returned equipment must be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
number prior to return shipment. RMA can be obtained by sending email to
support@RcToyz.com. To be accepted, all returned products must be conspicuously
labeled with the assigned RMA number. Customer must pack items being returned
complete, with all manuals, cables, accessories, etc., as if they were new and
working condition. Regardless of condition, products must be packaged
appropriately so as not to incur physical damage during return shipping. Failure
to do so may invalidate both the RMA and the warranty. Unauthorized and/or
unmarked returns will not be honored. RcToyz will not be responsible for
incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of any product(s) that
it sells. RcToyz reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
